   The free download for bokeh backgrounds does not work.

     The link seems to be working for me:
     

     Try right-clicking on the link and then click “Save As”.

   The “save as” option is not listed.

     The link to the file is http://photoshoptutorials.ws/downloads/stock-graphics/15%20Vibrant%20Bokeh%20Backgrounds%20(JPG).zip

     It could be “Save Link As” or “Save File As”, etc.
