How do I install these in LR 6? Where are the lrtemplate files located?

There are no lrtemplate files. The new preset format is xmp. These won’t work with Lightroom 6, even if you copied the settings, because they’re made with Lightroom profiles. You can learn more about the differences here: https://www.lightroomtutorials.com/xmp-lrtemplate/
