Step 35
Create a new Color Filllayer and pick the color #0f2833. On the layer mask, use a soft black brush to erase the effect on the middle selection. Lower the brush’s opacity when brushing on the edges to create a dreamy effect for the whole scene.

Use a Vibranceadjustment layer to enhance the final effect.
