Create another new layer and repeat step 17 to create the text balloon for the helicopter.
Final Results
I added some stuff, like tire tracks and some text on the police car. Also i added a ‘Bad guy’ text balloon! And a border around the hole project. Stroke 4px, black. Done! This is the final image! Good luck and have fun!

I’m a bit of a novice so some of this stuff goes over my head, eg. using the pen tool to select the right level of pavement, erasing the correct parts of the mountain, distorting it correctly, would like to see more detail. Nice job though, really helpful tutorial.
