Step 23 : Add paint Spatter
Open the paint texture image. Desaturate it and invert it by pressing Ctrl+I. Then drag it into our composition.

Change blend mode to Screen.

Step 24 : Hue/Saturation adjustment
Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer. Adjust the saturation a bit. And that concludes the design, we are done! Congratulations.
